Pegase IA is a conversational artificial intelligence platform focused on introspection, designed to help users explore, shape, and clarify their personal reflections through guided dialogue.

Use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

The service is currently provided by the Pegase IA project maintainer. Complete legal details will be added once the company is officially formed.

Until an official company is established, the service operator is the individual or individuals responsible for the project.

Pegase IA provides a conversational assistant powered by artificial intelligence.

The service can support conversational exchanges with the AI, saving conversations, creating user accounts, using credits, authenticating by email or third-party services, and other features offered by Pegase IA.

Pegase IA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any part of the service at any time.

Pegase IA is solely a digital tool for personal reflection and introspective support.

The service is not a healthcare professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or doctor.

Pegase IA does not make any medical or psychological diagnosis and does not prescribe treatment.

Generated content does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

The service must never be used as the sole resource in an emergency medical, psychiatric, or psychological situation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- suicidal thoughts;

- self-harm ideation;

- intent to act;

- severe panic attacks;

- acute psychological distress episodes;

- violent situations;

- medical or psychiatric emergencies.

In such situations, users must immediately contact qualified professionals or appropriate emergency services.

The service is accessible free of charge within the limits defined by Pegase IA.

Some features may require creating a user account.

Pegase IA reserves the right to restrict or condition access to certain features.

Creating an account may require providing information such as first name, last name, username, email address, birthdate, and password.

Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Users remain responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Use of the service is prohibited for individuals under 13 years of age.

Where applicable law requires it, use by a minor requires prior authorization from a legal representative.

Conversations exchanged with Pegase IA may be recorded to allow the service to function.

Responses generated by Pegase IA are produced automatically by an artificial intelligence system.
